We all know what to do when life gives us lemons. (Grab tequila and salt). 

But what happens when life doesn't provide lemons? When life leaves us barren of the zesty citrus fruit? (Bare with me. This tacky metaphor is going somewhere, I promise.) 

When life doesn't give you lemons, make your own damn lemons. 

Get scrappy and figure it out. 

This week, we had an idea for an Instagram post, but quickly realized we didn't have the means to execute it. So naturally, we decided to do it anyway. 

We didn't have a studio, so we used a meeting room. To block the light coming in, we taped up big poster boards to the windows. And to achieve the dramatic lighting effect we were going for, we collected lamps around the office to craft an "M" for makers and "B" for breakers. Here's a behind-the-scenes look:  

So, using only accessible resources and our almost-adult brains, we crafted a pretty rad social post. 

Lesson of the week: The Makers and Breakers can make anything. Except a "B" out of lamps. We actually couldn't do that.
