Photowalk: A Poem

Make, break, repeat is usually how we roll
But this week we decided to incorporate a stroll

An Instameet Photowalk is what we had planned
To meet local photographers, we knew would be grand.

Ryan made a poster, and Chris hyped it on Insta
The walk would be 2 hours and as fire as Liam’s finsta

Photographers and models and Bostonians galore
In hopes to win the contest so a Leica they could score

So last Saturday in Boston, 150 shooters all met up
And Helen gave them stickers to improve the whole setup

Dan was def hungover and showed up in comfy jammies
Joe was super hyped about the potential insta whammies

Shaysh of course was thinking that a drone shot would be dope
To which his app (and Logan Airport) kindly told him “Nope”

Following Boston came to shoot in all his Insta glory
The building of his social presence is really quite the story.

The shooters were fierce for the prize to be won
While Zoe went on about some stupid pun

And Sam with his phone made some rad animations
Though he wasn't too thrilled that the end lacked libations

So after the networking, the shooting, the fun
We knew that some eating just had to be done

With vigor the Makers walked as a pack
To the fried food promised land we know as Shake Shack

Thank you to all. It was fun but too quick.
The submissions on insta are nothing but sick

Together, 150 shooters made Boston so bright.
Happy shooting to all, and to all a good night.
